Where do you ship?

Only Noble Trees merchandise can be ordered online at NobleTreesCA.com and can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.

We ship all merchandise from our headquarters in San Diego, CA. 

When will my Noble Trees merchandise order be shipped out?

It can take 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for the order to be processed (weekends do not apply as business days).  Our cut-off time for sending orders out is 3 PM (PST), Monday - Friday.

Please note that we are not responsible for any postal service delays in delivering customer  orders. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I cancel my order?

To inquire about canceling a recently placed order, email hello@nobletreesCA.com as soon as possible with your order number and a member of our sales team will do their best to accommodate the cancelation. 

Please note that once a shipping label has been created for an order the cost of shipping cannot be refunded. 

Do you except merchandise returns?

Yes, with conditions. 

In order to be eligible for full refund of the product price the item must be returned unused (ie: unworn and unwashed with no odor, stains, or other damages) and in its original packaging with all original tags attached. 

All related shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the final refund amount once the returned item has been received by our sales team. 

If you would still like to return an item and the above conditions apply, please contact our sales team at hello@nobletreesCA.com with your order number and description of the reason for return and a member of our sales team will assist you.

How can I return or exchange my apparel item for a different size?

As long as the item is returned unused (ie: unworn and unwashed with no odor, stains, or other damages) and in its original packaging with all original tags attached, we are happy to exchange that exact item for a different size.

Please note that exchanges are based on product availability and can only be accommodated while supplies last.
